OUR MESSAGE AND PURPOSE:
We need to inform people about the state of poverty that all of Sudan is in. To really improve Sudan, it would take many forces joined together to get the job done. One of the many organizations that we hope to help is Mercy Corps. If we were to inform more people about the poverty in Sudan, then perhaps they will want to support the measures that others take to improve the situation in Souther Sudan. We hope that by informing people in our school and community about the poverty in Sudan, we'll be able to make change. We will encourage others to support relief organizations such as Mercy Corps, so that people in all of Sudan will be able to live better lives.
OUR AIM:
Our aim is to simply let people know what is going on in Sudan. We hope to raise awareness about the seriousness of the situation in Sudan. Our group hopes that by raising awareness, more people will be concerned and will want to help. Once that is done, we hope to start fundraisers and raise money to send to people in Sudan. Hopefully we can make an impact and help people in Sudan.
SHORT TERM GOALS

Stage Three:
We will start our fundraisers so we can send our money to an organization in Sudan

Dodgeball 4 Darfur [A school event that will raise awareness, and let people have fun!]

Stage Four:
Give a presentation on February 15th on this issue, and hopefully raise awareness and spark some interest in people so that they will help with our future ideas.
